The grounds are open daily, 09:00 to 20:00, with last admission at 19:00.
How much is admission?
Adult admission is £5.00 and children under 16 are free.
Where can I park?
There is a public car park at Kettle Bridge Lane Car Park in Cerne Abbas, a short walk from the Abbey. Coach groups can access the estate via Kettle Bridge Lane by arrangement.
Do I need tickets to see the Cerne Abbas Giant?
No. The Cerne Abbas Giant is free to view and managed by the National Trust, and it is about a 5 minute walk from the Abbey.
What is there to do in Cerne Abbas?

Yes, dogs are welcome in the grounds on leads.

Personal photography is welcome in the grounds. Commercial, fashion and editorial shoots are arranged separately.
Is the estate accessible?
The grounds are historic, with courtyards, lawns and some uneven medieval surfaces. Please contact us before your visit to discuss specific access needs.
Can I hold a wedding or hire the venue?
Yes. St Mary's Church 150m away is available for ceremonies, followed by a reception in the grounds.
How do I book a tour?

There is a self-catering cottage and a studio on the estate, with main-house stays by special request.
