Accommodation in Cerne Abbas, Within a Grade I Listed Estate
Cerne Abbey offers a rare opportunity to stay within the grounds of a privately owned Grade I listed estate. There are two ways to stay: a self-catering cottage in the grounds, and a bed-and-breakfast room within the main house.
Both suit visitors looking for a peaceful stay in Cerne Abbas, with local pubs, countryside walks, nearby heritage sites and the Cerne Abbas Giant all close by. Find out more about how to visit the abbey during your stay.

The Cottage
The cottage offers a quiet, self-catering stay within the grounds of Cerne Abbey, surrounded by the historic buildings and gardens of the estate. It suits couples and anyone who values the freedom of a place of their own.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a bath. The kitchen has a firestove, a wood-burning stove, and the cottage is fully equipped for self-catering, with a television, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels provided.
Private parking is included, and guests are free to explore the abbey grounds throughout their stay. From £120 per night.

The Abbey House Room
The Abbey House Room is a rare chance to stay inside the main Abbey House itself, a Grade I listed building dating to 987. It is the Master bedroom of the house: an en-suite room with a large four-poster bed and views directly over Abbey Street, and a spacious, modern bathroom.
The room is offered on a bed-and-breakfast basis. A continental breakfast is included each morning, with freshly squeezed orange juice, barista-style coffee, homemade preserves and fresh flowers.
From £350 per night.
As this is within our family's private home, only this one room is let and availability is limited, so please enquire to book.
Your Stay in Cerne Abbas
